When will my tasty box arrive?

We have a physical limit on the number of boxes leaving our kitchen daily (we wish we could bake 24/7 but it turns out we still require sleep). Due to this we may not be able to deliver on your selected day. However we will try our best to get the delivery to the recipient on the day you want to shower them in donuts. We cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery on your selected day. Deliveries should be delivered by 5pm. Delivery times may be beyond 5pm on high volume days such as Valentine’s Day.  

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If the recipient isn’t spending their day enjoying the surrounds of their home we will:

  1. Leave the box out of the weather and in a safe place

  2. If we are unable to leave the package, the box will return back to us. We will contact the person who placed the order and they can arrange to pick it up from The Donut Pantry in Bulli or choose to have it redelivered (re-delivery can occur for an additional fee). A redelivery fee is $30. If we are unable to re-deliver on the same day then you will need to purchase a new box for next day delivery.

Yes we do deliver to apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit/ apartment number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the building is secured, and we cannot get in, then the box will be returned to us and pick up/redelivery fee may be organised.

When should I eat the box of amazing donuts?

Your box is baked fresh in the early morning while you are all comfy in bed. We do this so they are super fresh for you to consume the day of delivery.

Do your boxes have nuts or
traces of nuts?

YES. ALL our boxes may contain traces of Nuts, Seeds, Eggs, Wheat, Dairy and Soy. We cannot guarantee that our products will not come in contact with nuts. We do work with a lot of Nutella.

Can I make changes to my order?

You will need to email us at lightning fast speed to discuss potential changes: hello@thedonutpantry.com

If we can make a change we will, if not we apologise for any inconvenience.

Can I request a delivery time?

You can email us at hello@thedonutpantry.com to discuss afternoon or morning delivery and we will try our best. But we cannot guarantee we will be able to deliver to an exact time.

Where in the world do you
deliver to?

Currently we only deliver our donut boxes within the Illawarra. We have three delivery fee zones. These zone fees are calculated by km from The Donut Pantry located in Bulli. Free pick up from Bulli can be arranged. If you have any questions regarding delivery address please email us before you order, hello@thedonutpantry.com.

For supply of bulk donuts for events such as Weddings we deliver to areas such as Sydney, Southern Highlands, and Nowra. Please email us for a quote for delivery.

What happens if I provide you with the wrong address?

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, unfortunately, we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes we do. However we only make a handful of boxes to be delivered on weekends, as our production focus shifts to fulling event orders, such as weddings on weekends.

How long in advance do I need to place my order?

Orders must be placed before 10am for next day delivery. If your order is not placed before 10am it will be put into the next delivery day. However we suggest you place your order as early as possible. We have a limit to the amount of donut boxes we can produce in a day, so order early to snap one up.

Do you customize boxes?

We do not make custom boxes. However we do have one hell of an amazing range of boxes to suit your tastes.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be canceled or refunded. If cancellation is within the 48 hours no refund is available.

A cancellation notice must be placed in an email to hello@thedonutpantry.com

What methods of payment
do you accept?

Credit card and Paypal.

Can I track my order?

We deliver all our boxes using personal drivers. As we don’t outsource our tasty boxes to courier companies we can not offer tracking.
